Such a lovely refreshing salad 🥗 On the smaller side though so not filling as a meal by itself but good as a side salad with some carbs or extra protein. Particularly liked the dressing as even though it had really strong ingredients like soy sauce in ginger, it wasn’t too acidic or overpowering and complemented the veggies really well
