This soup is creamy and flavorful. I like the other tomato soup they make a little better though. I made a yummy grilled cheese with daiya cheese and homemade “butter” to go with this. I also topped it with croutons. It was a great lunch. #veganin2020

mallory17 @skyesmall this particular time it was melted coconut oil and aquafaba, but it’s a bit crumbly when cold. It still spreads well and I also used it to make cream cheese frosting for cinnamon rolls though.
