If you are looking to make a super crispy tofu without spending time pressing your tofu, than this product is for you. It comes vacuum packed in very very little liquid and it is super firm. You just blot the excess liquid, cube , season and it is ready to cook. Your tofu will turn out crunchy and delicious.
