VEGAN

Haldiram’s

Happy Diwali!! 🪔✨ Also, wow I didn’t know that so many Indian sweets are #accidentallyvegan. This Kaju Katli is great as it tastes very similar to the freshly made one you get in India. But with $15 for a 500g box, it’s a little on the expensive side - which is why we only buy it for special occasions like Diwali.

pahulnotpaul I ordered it online from Waangoo! They do nationwide delivery I believe so it shouldn't be a problem :)2 likesReply

pahulnotpaul Yeah a lot of Indian sweets tend use milk and/or ghee so that's why it's crucial to read all the ingredients carefully 😬 But I checked this multiple times cuz I also couldn't believe it was vegan! 😂🤩1 likeReply
ciupertica We have a few Indian shops in Bucharest; maybe I can find some of these vegan sweets! 1 likeReply
