Review of Miso Ramen at Shibō by ahzaneing

This did have an egg but is easily removable. This restaurant also has a whole separate vegetarian/vegan menu which is absolutely fantastic. Not a fan of fish, so the seaweed had a bit more of a fishy flavor than I preferred but ultimately the whole dish is fantastic. 👌
