Review of Rooibos Refreshing Classic Toner - African Extracts Rooibos by jaebae

Personally not a fan of this brand. I've tried the purifying toner as well and both are heavily fragranced, you'd swear I'm applying perfume to my face. I've got very sensitive skin and although I haven't had any negative reactions, the fragrance is too overpowering for me.
