Review of Double Cream - Elmlea by as04

This is a fantastic double cream alternative. I used it in a peppercorn sauce and it worked perfectly, no different to normal cream. And I also poured it over Strawberries and again it was delightful. Not nutritious obviously but you don't expect it to be!
