Review of 100% Kona Coffee Freeze Dried Instant Coffee - Mulvadi by bandita

I know, I know, coffee in itself is already vegan, but I just had to share this yummy treat that was so easy to make! I saw a while ago that Dalgona Coffee recipes have been trending. I enjoy cold coffees every now and then and figured I'd make it someday. And then recently, I was at a mini-mart, craving for something cold and refreshing, saw a huge picture of a tempting Dalgona, but had to forego because it was not vegan (they only had dairy milk). I resolved that craving today. I'm not a huge coffee drinker so it's not something I normally make. So I opted for this brand of instant coffee with 12 small packets. Other brands were a lot bigger and more expensive, but value-wise, this one is actually more expensive because of the small quantity. I don't know if all instant coffees are created equally, but this one was so good as a Dalgona! I added this to almond-milk, only because I had a carton opened already, which I normally don't like drinking (except as an ingredient or with cereal), and this made it taste so much better. Can't wait to try this with Oatmilk or Milkadamia. #rotd

**Update** Finally tried this with oatmilk, and now I'm hooked! Even way better than almond milk! I topped it with cacao nibs, but would have been just as addicting without it.
