Review of Pad Thai Rice Noodles - Lotus Foods (Rice Is Life) by lisseatsplants

These noodles are tasty. I used half the package when I made red curry noodles, and the other half served alongside tempura cauliflower. These noodles worked really well in both dishes! I appreciate that these are clearly labelled as vegan.
