This was a delicious mozzarella alternative! It tasted great in a toasted sandwich..just make sure to cook slowly for melting. Creamy and gooey, everything you want in a vegan cheese. Great for pizza and any dish requiring mozzarella. Comes in a block so you can slice the size you want. Loved it.
