Color me stunned on this flavor. I don’t eat a lot of this kind of stuff but a 70 year old non-vegan friend (dating a vegan) turned me into these. I think they nailed the sausage flavor! We make a lot of Ho-made pizza (because we are good ho’s of the maker variety) and this made the most excellent sausage and mushroom pizza ever. I can’t wait to try it with non-vegan friends.
