Ace is great with modifications to make this dish easily vegan. They sub the noodles for rice noodles and leave out the butter garnish and ramen egg to make it like miso soup meets ramen with lots of tasty veggies on top like roasted corn and enoki mushrooms. On happy hour too for $11!
