Review of N1 Set King Oyster Mushroom Katsu Japanese Curry Rice, Salad, Miso Soup and a Warm/Iced Lemon Tea at Saute-San by raffymabanag

This set comes with a lemon tea (iced/cold), miso soup and a salad (sesame savoury dressing). The sauce has a mild curry flavor. The outer layer of the muhroom katsu is crispy but it doesn't adhere well to the mushroom. Perhaps they would want to consider jackfruit instead.
