I have been using this on various dishes, various cooking methods. Today's was on pasta on stove, with turmeric, chilli & tomatoes to replicate cheesy tomato sauce. Tasted great! Actually tasted better than the regular cheesy sauce. 😋 Doesn't taste so well if microwaved.

anbu@paloma sure, the nutritional yeast is a good add when cooking gravies/pasta with sauces to bring a cheesy taste. Many brands fortify the powder with vitamin B12 as well. Try a smaller pack and see how you like it :)) Mac and cheese can be home-made too, with this :) Reply
