I had planned to enjoy chickpea salad sandwich(es) tonight but found this on sale at

Food Basics. And plenty-o-peeps here have given it positive reviews so I had to snatch it up. Or two.

This ground had that beef-like quality to it but not exactly which I'm quite happy about. Loved the flavour and spices. I'll definitely get this again, on sale or not.

This goes well in a sandwich with salad, avocado, onion, tomato, cucumbers and vegan

mayo. I just find the amount a little odd, we are never able to finish one pack in 2 and the leftover loses some taste/dries out if consumed the next day
