Vegan Soya Mince

We decided to try out a new vegan mince after scoping out the vegan options

in Waitrose recently. I made a chilli non carne and it was absolutely delicious! The mince soaks up sauces really well and has a great texture too.

Great taste, if added to a good tomato sauce it makes the perfect ragù
