Perfectly okay shredded cheese. Tastes creamy but I would not consider it spicy at all. Has some of that powdery-ness that you get with shredded cheeses.

I like all the cheeses from this brand that I’ve tried so I enjoyed this one and didn’t think it was too spicy-I’m very sensitive to spicy food.
