I really like it, so good for tacos! You can cook it with veggies for a more nutritious meal but it tastes good by itself just sautéed with a little bit of oil and salt #libresalfin

This was great! Easy to cook with and took my dish to another level. I usually make this pasta and zucchini dish with tofurky Italian sausage, but my store didn't have any today, so I grabbed this seitan with the proper flavor profile. Even the omnivores I cook for enjoyed this. These crumbles might become a regular staple in my kitchen.
