Roasted corn

Yum! This is just simple #corn but roasting it adds more flavor. It's quite versatile, and I may see corn chowder in my future. 🌽

I love this has one ingredient.. corn .. that it .. roasted to perfection.. I added it to homemade chili .. yums ..
Will be a staple in my freezer.

Frozen roasted sweet corn, ready to eat, just add a little bit of oil on a pan, add the corn and ready too eat with your tofu, soychorizo, vegan butter, chilli powder or whatever you want to mix it with. Enjoy it! #tierradeanimales

Wow, this is delicious. So easy to make - just throw it in the pan with some oil for 3-5 minutes. I use it mostly in burrito bowls, have not tried eating it on its own but I imagine it would be good as well. Plastic bag.

I suppose it goes without saying that ‘corn’ is vegan but I love this product so much for its convenience factor that I wanted to include it!

This is a favorite freezer staple as it is so versatile. The charred flavor on the corn is so nice in salads! The texture isn’t quite as ‘plump’ as fresh (or even canned) corn but I absolutely love the taste.

Wish there was some kind of alternative to the plastic packaging.

Roasted Corn
Beans (dry or canned pintos are nice!)
Green/Spring Onions
Diced Jalapeño
Cilantro/Coriander
Dressed with Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic Olive Oil, dash of Chipotle Hot Sauce, Dash of Garlic Power & Italian Seasonings, Pinch of Sea Salt & Pepper!
