Unsweetened applesauce

I eat tons of veggies, but am trying to increase my fruit consumption. While not a fresh fruit, I like using this as a part of a fruit salad or on my oatmeal or cereal. Helps me boost my fruit count in a delicious way.

This applesauce is a staple in my house. It’s delicious, affordable and sans crap not necessary in applesauce. This applesauce can also be used in vegan baked goods!
