These eggplant cutlets were amazingly good. They taste really good with Italian spices . The texture was crispy outside and soft inside. They’re great for doing eggplant parmigiana but I didn’t have plant based cheese this time. They taste really good. Got them for $4.50 at ALDI 👍🏼

These vegan eggplant cutlets are great! This was really easy to make on a busy day and it tasted delicious with some vegan parmesan cheese melted on top. The breading is light and the eggplant cutlets are thinly sliced. Although the photo on the box shows cheese, the package comes with the vegan breaded eggplant cutlets only. I really enjoyed it and will be purchasing this again. I definitely recommend this product. 💚💜

When I first bought these, I thought they were more like eggplant fries, which I apparently was not paying any attention to because they are clearly cutlets. The ones you would find on eggplant Parmesan. I did these up in the air fryer and they came out. very nice. There’s a good amount of crust or coating on it And they are pretty straightforward. I did have one however, that had a punch of pepper that I wasn’t expecting but the rest were pretty even Steven. These are decent. I’d like to try them in a sub or sandwich.
