Wholemeal Spaghetti

It takes longer to cook this relative to other pastas. But it has a great texture and affordable. It contains wholemeal durum wheat semolina. #abillionlove

As a wholemeal pasta it takes longer to cook than other pastas. It doesn’t get too soft and soggy and remains springy even after cooking a long time. Has a nice texture that’s a little “sandy” but comforting. It has a nice brown color. At 500g it’s labelled serves 4 but I think it can probably serve 8; there is so much!
