Whole Kernel Corn

Easy, quick way to have corn in a dish you are in a rush… great for making soups

This of course has salt in it. Otherwise super convenient as compared to boiling corn and then painstakingly getting the kernels off. Never tried frozen corn though.

They’re salted 🤷‍♀️ but at least ready to eat out the can. I always have a can of it around however for my significant omnivore cause in her past life she was probably a field rat 🐀 #pantryessentials #veganin2021
