Good and tasty seeded flatbread. It’s already folded so very easy to fill with my favourite toppings. Practical and perfect on the go. Reccomended. Cheap price at Lidl.

Seeded thin flat breads fantastic
Jam packed with goodness from the seeds.
Don't forget chew your seeds properly to help realise the natural oils and help digestion.
They are #fabulously #fantastic delicious in flavour they certainly have not scrimped on the seed content.
I heated some in the toaster on low heat putting #vegan #butter in the centre once cooked butter #melted #beautifully and was a great compliment to the red kidney soup I'd made the other day.

Home made kindney bean soup
Fry all the veg you like
carrot onions cellary
Add to heated slow cooker with hot water
.Add Cumin garlic chilli powder seasoning.
Open 2 tins of kidney beans
Add to saucepan heat up .
Then drain adding the kidney beans to the slow cooker.
Turn on walk away ready to serve next day
Serve hot with chosen #favourite #bread
