When I take this each morning I am reminded of Mary Poppins and think that not even a spoonful of sugar would help this go down. It is nasty! Those 2 spoonfuls are somehow swallowed without much contact with my mouth. It's sometimes zingy sometimes bitter, give me tequila face.

I think this probiotic is great! The price is good and there are no nasties inside. The taste is okay. The bottle is big and bulky since it is a liquid so I wouldn’t travel with this unfortunately, and since I’m a flight attendant it doesn’t suit my lifestyle. But when I am home on time off, I will buy this. It should not be refrigerated.
