Hefeflocken

A very welcome gift brought over from Germany. That gorgeous creamy flavour mixed in with my veggies and sprinkled over the top. #veganin2020

Extremely tasty, I use it almost everywhere for seasoning, and really healthy as well. 

The yeast flakes are cereal-based and also taste a little like oats. Otherwise, they can be used like other similar products. Great for seasoning. They dissolve quickly when stirred into warm liquid. Organic.

Those nutritional yeast flakes taste very intense like beer, yeast, salt, and bread. When I tried it pure, I also noticed a shampoo taste. It's a bit overpriced but also very good quality.
