As indicated, great for roasting! Just add on the olive oil, herbs🪴, flavouring/ garlic and you are good to go!

Have not tried but think they do well in salads too 🙂

Just potatoes but I prefer eating smaller potatoes like these to bigger ones. They just taste better, somehow🤔
