This triangle black garlic cheese by Nuts for Cheese is scrumptious! It is made with organic & fermented ingredients, and the first ingredient is cashew. The black rind of the cheese is made with black garlic, porcini mushroom and activated charcoal. This cheese had great garlic-forward flavor and a smooth and satisfying texture. The packaging says you can slice it, shred it, melt it, or spread it— I opted for spreading mine on some fresh sourdough bread. I would definitely buy this product again when jonesing a fancier vegan cheese for myself or when entertaining. 💯

This cashew cheese is delicious! The texture is lovely; it is easily spreadable on crackers. It has a creamy and rich mouthfeel and tastes savory. I do wish the garlic flavor was a bit stronger but the umami flavor is delicious regardless.

This is hands down the best “cheese” ever!! So creamy, smooth and unctuous. Has so much umami. And a rich garlic flavor. I had to resist just eating it by the spoonful like a cheesecake 🤭 Grated it over some plain pasta and a lil fresh ground black pepper and it was delicious 🤤 Need to try all their cheeses. It’s a lil pricey at $8.99 but so worth it.
