Peeled Baby Potatoes with Parsley

So nice to get microwave baby potatoes without butter. So much you can do with it - my fave is to part-cook in the microwave and then pop in the air fryer with added spice and cook on the chips setting - crispy on the outside and soft inside - yum!

This is tasty, I added it to my veggie soup. Just cut it up and threw it in. Yum
