Genuine Brewed Sushi Vinegar

Found this Rice Seasoning brand for the first time. The flavour was great and overall I think a good quality product
Also tried it making Tzatziki , added great value to flavour

I’ve always seasoned my sushi rice with rice vinegar, sugar and salt but I was curious about using seasoned vinegar so I gave this one a try. The flavor is nice and it’s convenient. I don’t find the flavor to be superior to mixing it up oneself and I use rice vinegar for other applications so I probably won’t repurchase. Nice to try though, and I appreciate the glass bottle!

First time using this brand , liked the flavor , and sushi rice turned out really great , was a larger bottle and worked out quite economical as it was the same price of the smaller bottle I usually use .
