Pretty tasty and easy to use curry paste. I made this with firm tofu (pan

fried first), bell pepper, and onion. Very quick meal to make considering tofu doesn't need to be cooked for 20-25 minutes like the instructions say. Of course it doesn't stand up to a restaurant curry, but you can't expect it to for $2.

Was tired of craving curry, only to find the jarred sauces had cream or milk

in it. So this is was a good alternative! Just add water. Definitely gotta give it a good stir with a whisk tho to mix it throughly.
