This bag from costco is organic, good value for quantity and the nuts taste fresh. I like replacing the pit of a mejool date with a brazil nut and eating it like that as a treat.
It's important not to eat more than 1-2 nuts and to check if your prenatal contains selenium as well, as large concentrations can be toxic for the fetus.
