Vegan vanilla cupcake. It was yummy but a bit dry. I took out the frosting because it was too thick… too much sugar. It would be better with a jam or jelly center to add a moist component.
I recently reviewed their strawberry cupcakes which seemed uncharacteristically dry for this brand, but these vanilla ones were perfect.
I think the ones I bought previous may have bern at the store too long.
These were moist and perfect as thier products usually are!

My newest addition that’s so much cheaper than retail therapy! These are the best cupcakes. Light and moist cake with an amazing rich and creamy icing ( in which hopefully one day they sell by the pint! ) only con is the plastic packaging
