Vegan Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli

These flavours and the other flavours from this brand ‘pumpkin, kale & hazelnut’ are both fantastic! When you’re feeling lazy this is a super easy & yummy meal to prepare and I think all the flavours this brand has chosen for their vegan ravioli range go really well together 💚💛🤍🥣

I had already tasted the mushroom ones which were good but I prefer these, Spinach & Ricotta. Soooo good with the pesto from the post before this. Quick and easy!

I picked these up at Woolworths and they were quick and easy to cook. Not all of this brand is vegan but it seems they have a reasonable vegan range. #veganisnotscary

Loved this product and didn't realise how much I missed ravioli! I like how the filling isn't too salty like some non vegan ones were, and the cheese taste isn't too strong which I actually prefer. The pasta was easy to cook and tasted fresh, made a 'cheesy' sauce to go with and was such a satisfying meal!
