I use this when I make miso soup, or sometimes add a bit to other soups that aren't all miso. Also love to make miso gravy in winter. This paste has a nice flavour, easy to cook with and lasts a long while.
Excellent pour des soupes réconfortantes. Bonne base dans pleins de recettes asiatique. Habituellement j'achète un miso local mais celui là est beaucoup moins cher chez Kim Phat.
