up and adding them to my morning oats when I want a little caramel-like sweetness (plus trace amounts of vitamins and minerals!) to go with the usual seeds, spices, and almond butter. It’s amazing how naturally #sweet they are! I don’t always appreciate #dates as much as I ought to, but with their #fiber and nutrients, they’re a good addition to a healthy diet. I prefer deglet noor to medjool dates because they’re less mushy.
These dates are #organic, glyphosate-residue-free, and grown in California’s Coachella Valley! I will definitely pick up another bag once I’m through with this one — it’s a great value buy — though I expect it will take me quite a while to work through this huge quantity!
