Non sanno di tofu, il sapore è delicato e piacevole. L'affumicatura è ciò che si sente di più.
Temevo fosse piccante perché contiene anche del peperoncino, ma in realtà non si sente.
L'ho fatto rosolare bene, più del tempo di cottura indicato sulla confezione. Forse è per questo che, tagliandolo a fette, rischiava di "rompersi" in pezzi più piccoli.
Comunque molto buono.

Questi würstel non mi sono piaciuti xke li ho trovati molto pesanti nel gusto e nella consistenza. Soia e farro. Trovati al doc sui 2,80€ non penso di riprenderli ☹️
