Udon

200g (2 servings) of thin udon noodles that can be enjoyed hot or cold. I like the chewy texture. Slightly salty so you don’t have to add any salt while boiling them.

Pasta di riso integrale, ottima per ricette asiatiche. Davvero buona. 

They are perfect in ramen and noodles, quite thick and able to soak up the broth.
