well it’s everything it says it is! it tastes almost (almost!!) like arroz rojo. comes with black beans and corn. i’ve only tied a spoonful so far. could be good in a burrito

Not for me but I guess it’s better than rice if you trying to watch your weight. What I like it’s quick and easy.

One container will make one large serving or two small servings. Works in a pinch when I’m short on time and I got them on sale for $1.79 each. Still a better value to buy cauliflower rice in bulk and make your own additions but for zero effort this definitely works
