Split Peas

I trust Bob’s Red Mill brands for all of their products to be consistently of high quality. Their split peas are no exception. Love split pea soup with lots of chopped veggies, seasonings, and veggie broth. It’s easier and faster than other legumes because they cook pretty quickly without pre-soaking. Have also prepared them in a curry sauce and served over rice, which was good.

Love Bob’s Red Mill Products and love to shop in the store right here in Portland area ( an overwhelming number of great organic vegan products!) the split peas are excellent and one of my favorite winter soups to fix, though I must admit it’s good year round. Quality is always superior and dependable and I’ve never been diss appointed!
