I love anything with cilantro so I was happy to see this new flavor at Target! The cilantro is a clear strong flavor and the chili adds more spice than the original sauce. It still has the very distinct Bitchin' Sauce flavor, which I think I would have preferred subdued to let the cilantro shine. I also would have loved to see some lime juice in there. Having cilantro without lime juice just feels like a crime! It was a nice addition to a JUST Egg omelette with Trader Joe's soyrizo. This whole company is amazing. I love all their almond sauces so much! The chipotle is my personal favorite but this one is probably runner up. It has the chipotle feel but with lime.

This sauce is totally bitchin’! My whole family eats it with chips. My kids call it B sauce. You can even use it as a sauce for pasta!
