Thai Green style Vegetable & Potato Rosti Baskets

This was rather bland but with a little salt and MSG, it was fab 🤩 Big portion too! Potato rosti was nice and crunchy!

Really good. Needs a bit of salt but then it's perfect. Wonderfully crunchy, not too small. Got a weight to it.
