Potato Torta (veganized)

New item on the menu. Loved everything about it, tastes as good as homemade. I ordered in restaurant and they weren’t sure if they could change the cheese to vegan so I just removed it, but I see on the uber eats app it is letting me choose which cheese I want. It comes with vegan chipotle crema by default so no need to remove that. They have three flavors of these tortas, they all have the exact same ingredients but the other two come with beef or chicken and this one uses a potato as the main filling, so only this one is vegan. Price was only $8.95. Can also be gotten as a combo with a side and an agua fresca for about $14.
