Scrambled Tofu

Had a nice plant-based breakfast ! Scrambled tofu, Avocado with sourdough bread and orange juice.

Quite filling, simple yet yummy and nutritious!

Very tasty scrambled tofu on sourdough toast, topped with homemade bacon.

Scrambled tofu on sourdough with vegan bacon. The portion size was good & they were

generous with the scramble - I actually couldn't finish it, although I really wanted to because it was delicious! The vegan bacon was a little odd, I'm not sure I'd order it again. It wasn't unpleasant but I didn't really enjoy it.
