Watermelon Salad Without Feta

Ordered this minus the feta. Such a sensuous salad. Watermelon with aged balsamic vinegar, with arugula and a mint sorbet on top. I could eat a bucket of the mint sorbet. It was so light fresh. The portion was pretty decent too.
