Vegan Breakfast Tacos

This was DELICIOUS!! It was nice to see multiple vegan options on the menu. The tacos were filled with mung bean eggs, seitan chorizo and vegan cheese. A touch if pico and slice of avocado on top. The hot sauce was too spicy for me but the tacos didn’t need it. The flavor was savory and salty w/ the perfect crunchy corn taco. The side of home fries had the crispy bits I want with my potatoes. I will be back!!
