The hi tea set costs about $46nett per pax after 20% Citibank discount. I would

say the savouries (3 dimsum items - gyoza, siew mai & crispy char siew bun and 1 bell pepper sandwich) were really good. I wonder if the dimsum items came from the Man Fu Yuan kitchen of Intercon? The sweets were also quite innovative but flavours did not wow us much. My favourite was the coconut lime item which was really wonderful! Something special about this was their sparkling tea served in a champagne flute. There were also vegan scones that are free flow but I forgot to take a photo. They were quite good! Overall I would say the hi tea wasn't very worth it especially without the 20% discount.. nothing is refillable except the scones and tea. The dimsum items + coconut lime mousse cake were really yummy, but otherwise everything else not very memorable. Oh there was supposedly ice cream too but I didn't ask if they were vegan and didn't bother to try them.

Pleasant high tea in gorgeous surroundings in the lobby of the Intercontinental in bugis. Not

huge quantities which is probably a good thing.
