2/5 dish i had from their chinese new year menu. this was the least fancy but the unexpected favourite. the bai ling mushrooms were amazing. didn’t even know what the hell they were supposed to be before this. i think it’s supposed to mimic abalone which is originally terrible. this is thinly sliced, tender, juicy and chewy. great texture.
