Nothing warms the soul like a bowl of hearty, warm chili. This simple and protein-rich recipe is an easy dinner which you can reheat for lunches throughout the week. Add any or as many veggies as you like!
Vegan Beefless Chili

Ingredients
- 1 pack Gardein beefless ground
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can organic rinsed black beans
- 1 can organic chickpeas
- 1 can organic kidney beans

Chop your onion and all the peppers.
Oil a pan and add Gardein beefless ground. Add in your chopped onion and peppers mix thoroughly.
Add 1 tsp each of black pepper, chili powder, garlic, and cumin and incorporate well.
Once onions brown, add 3 cans of tomato sauce.
Add 1 can each of organic rinsed black beans, organic chickpeas, and organic kidney beans.
You’ll want to stir the mix and let it simmer. Feel free to add more seasoning to your liking, and vary the amount of beans/tomato sauce to get the chili to the consistency you prefer 😁
