Livestrong Juice

My partner @organicalex took me out last Sunday (Cinco de Mayo) to celebrate my 34th

veganniversary (also birtthday) with a fresh juice from the Wild Vitality #juice kiosk in Culver Square. I am still healing from a leg injury and was experiencing a bit of swelling at the time, so Jennie (the owner) suggested that I try the Livestrong juice, as it contains both turmeric and ginger (whi h are helpful for relieving inflammation). She also added a lemon (by my request) and the end result was deliciously vibrant and invigorating! 💪 😋
Alex had a green juice, which was equally lovely and delicious—though I’m struggling to recall the name of it (sorry)!
Very much like Jennie’s juices, her little cart is also lovely, vibrant, and beautifully arranged to provide healthy, nourishing goodness to all who visit. The menu there is quite extensive and features a wide variety of #wellness options, including fresh fruit smoothies & shakes, herbal tonics, etc.—along with loads of other vegan dishes (both savoury and sweet) from which to choose—including some #rawfood options. Many of her ingredients are #seasonal, #locallysourced, #fairttade—some even #wildharvested, #wildcrafted & sourced from her own farm. Juicy Bar is a rare gem in #Essex, especially considering the fact that all of their packaging/serving ware is #sustainable and #ecofriendly. I always look for #ecopackaging, especially as we use it for our own #ecotakeout events, and strongly encourage anyone who happens to be in #Colchester to pay them a visit.
